Our commitment to quality is the driving force behind our customer service especially when it comes to the delivery of our fresh flowers. To help maintain our quality, we operate with the following policies.
- With concerns for COVID-19, pick-up is not available at this time. We have shifted to no-contact deliveries. We will leave your product at the door of the recipient without collecting a signature. We go above and beyond for the protection of our customer, the recipient, and to maintain the overall quality of the product.
- A delivery confirmation will be sent upon arrival.
- Same day delivery orders must be made by 12pm. For more complex orders such as sympathy tribute, please call our shop directly prior to placing your order for same day.
- Unless specified, orders received may be delivered the following business day.
- It is best to order Timed deliveries 24 hours prior. If order is placed on the same day, we will do our best to accommodate specific time deliveries, but we cannot guarantee it.
- Deliveries will only be made on business days.
- Apartment deliveries will be made to desk in front lobby. If there is no lobby, please contact us prior to placing your order.
- We will be happy to accept your order from abroad if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the internet
