Normally you order flowers and they arrive ‘check’✔️ In this case Kimberly gently and patiently guided me through the process to maximize my objective. Aside from assisting a man who is virtually clueless about such things, who is merely trying to do the right thing. It seemed to me that she too was trying to do the right thing by me, and she certainly did.
Excellent communications, while giving me great advice and ideas. She was honest about delivery time and a genuine pleasure to deal with.
It makes a demostrable difference in ordering flowers locally, particularly with people who have a genuine passion for what they do, as Kimberly does. Supporting a local business owned by a woman who happens to be African-American makes me very very happy as well. We live in an era where we can make purchases by browsing and clicking. If you are considering sending flowers for either joyous of somber occasions, then you do need that human touch. Even if you think you know what you want. Bloom in Glory should be your go to place as it is now for me.
I look forward to ordering from Kimberly at Bloom in Glory again and again. A bonus for me, is that they do deliver to Altamonte Springs where my partner and her daughter live.
